How much will you pay for my Property?

We usually offer 75% to 100% of the Open Market Value (the price achieved if you sell through an Estate Agent paying all your own fees and normally waiting between 12 – 24 weeks to complete).
It depends on the type and location of the property and your personal circumstances – we will always tailor a solution to suit your personal circumstances.

Will I have to pay anything to sell my property through you?

No – we will pay all your fees.

Do I require a HIP (Home Information Pack)?

No – under current legislation when we purchase your home it is classed as a private sale therefore no HIP is required,

How fast can you buy my property?

Exchange and Completion is normally within 2 – 4 weeks. However we are very flexible and will structure the timing of the purchase with your personal time frames.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover the County of Kent – especially Maidstone and The Medway Towns (all the ME postcodes)
which include:
Chatham, Dartford, Gillingham, Gravesend, Rochester, Strood, Rainham, Sittingbourne and Walderslade.

Is there a minimum or maximum value of a Property you will buy?

This will depend on your circumstances – but generally we can purchase up to £500000.There is no minimum value.

Will neighbours/friends/family find out about the sale?

No the sale transaction is 100% confidential – no For Sale or Sold By boards will be erected outside your property.

When we contact you are we under any obligation to proceed?

Absolutely not – after an informal chat we will arrange a convenient time to meet to discuss your requirements and will make you an offer within 48 hours which will be valid for 28 days.
There are no obligation or Costs.

How long does the offer/valuation last for?

Our offer would normally be valid for more than 28 days – should this time frame expire, we would reassess your situation and make you a revised offer.
