Here at A Fast Purchase, we have been helping our customers sell their properties for many years and have an excellent reputation in the market.
Martyn Burt, our CEO has 22 years experience in the financial industry where he has been specialising in mortgages and more specifically, the property sector. He is highly qualified, with the Financial Planning certificates 1, 2 and 3 (FPC) and also CeMap. Martyn has helped and advised many clients with their Life Insurance, Savings and Investments, Mortgages and Retirement needs, but specialised in helping clients with their mortgage arrangements to enable them to purchase their homes.

In addition, he has arranged many re-mortgages to raise capital for numerous reasons which included; buying a new car, a holiday or perhaps buying a second home.
More importantly to you, for the past four years, Martyn has been personally investing in residential property in Yorkshire and Kent, particularly the Medway towns such as Chatham, Gillingham and Rochester. In addition to purchasing a number of residential properties in Yorkshire (Doncaster and Hull) he has introduced and helped many clients purchase and build a Buy to Let portfolio and can therefore help you get exactly what you need.
